The Plant Management Catalogue is a critical area of Prestartr for managing your Plant.
It contains the settings for your Service Cycles, Service Schedules, and Plant Expense Cost Types - important information when allocating Plant to Jobs, Work Orders, as well as your Service Register. |

Service Cycle

From the Plant Management Catalogue, the Service Cycle section is where you can add, edit, and delete your Service Cycles for use in your Service Register.

To add a new Service Cycle, click the Add icon in the top right corner of the Service Cycle section.
From this area, set the Service Cycle Name and click the Plus icon below to add Service Cycle Steps.
Enter the text details of each step, or click the X icon to remove the step as needed.
To finalise the creation of the Service Cycle, click Create Service Cycle.
To Edit a Service Cycle, click the Edit pencil icon.
To Delete a Service Cycle, click the Rubbish icon.
Service Schedules

From the Plant Management Catalogue, the Service Schedule section is where you can add, edit, and delete your Service Schedules for use in your Service Register.

To create a new Service Schedule, click the Plus icon in the upper right corner of the Service Schedules section.
Provide a the required details and click Create Service Schedule.
Service Schedule Fields
- Name - the identifying name of the schedule.
- Interval Unit - how the schedule is measured - Per Hour, Per Day, Per Week etc.
- Interval - How many of the interval units are needed.
- Duration - The amount of days between service.
- Service Cycle - The cycle created with a number of steps.

To Edit or Update a Service Cycle, click the Edit pencil icon.
To Delete a Service Cycle, click the Rubbish icon.
When Editing or Updating a Service Schedule, you can add additional information.
This information includes:
- Step Form Template
- Lubricant Budget
- Parts Budget
- Labour Budget
- Plant
To update or save any changes made here, click Update Service Schedule.
Plant Expense Cost Types

The Plant Expense Cost Types section is where you can Add, Edit, and Delete any Plant Expense Cost Types you need for use of Plants on Jobs and Work Orders, as well as in your Service Register.
To create a new Plant Expense Cost Type, click Create Plant Expense Cost Type in the top right corner of the menu.

Enter the name and click the Save icon.
To Edit a Plant Expense Cost Type, click the Edit pencil.
To Delete a Plant Expense Cost Type, click the Rubbish icon.
