Why can't I see certain Forms?

If you expect to see a Form but don't consider the following:

  • Are you against the correct Zone?
  • Zone Managers can see more than Zone Members.
  • Where should you see the Form?
  • Is the Form against a different Job than you expected, or not against a job at all?
  • What is the Form Status?
  • Is the Form in a different status or has the Form been deleted?
  • Are there Form Filters being applied?
  • Remove any filters and check again.

Why is my Form still awaiting Submission?

If you have submitted a Form but it hasn't transitioned to Submitted and you believe it should - consider the following:

  • Are you currently synced and Online in the application?
  • Check the Outbox for outstanding Forms
  • Clicking Upload Offline Data will process Offline Forms.
  • Have you or others recently submitted multiple forms?
  • Depending on internet connectivity and form complexity, it may take a moment for a Form to clear the processing queue.
  • None of the above?
  • Close the application, update the application, or redownload the application.

How to delete duplicate timesheets?

If you expect to see a timesheet that you don't think is correct, follow these steps to delete it:

  • Navigate to the Timesheet in Payroll
  • Right-Click on the Timesheet
  • Click View Calculations
  • Right-Click the Timesheet under Forms
  • Click Delete Timesheet
