Before setting up your Signature Field

Signature Fields are some of the most common and useful fields to add to a Form Template.

When adding a Signature Field to a Form Template, the following information may be important:

Who is intended to sign?
(This is the Name of the Field)
Is the signature mandatory?
(Check the box for Mandatory.)
Is this signature only needed when something else happens?
(Check the box for Hidden.)
Is this signature only needed when a form is in a certain status?
(Set the Form Status.)
Is this signature only for certain teams or zones? (Set the User Zone.)

The signature field is singular in its category.

Name: Who is signing.
Label: The system identifier - this is used when setting up Hide/Show rules for fields.
Position: The order your field display.
Prefill with: Not applicable for this field.
Prefill from: Not applicable for this field.
Onchange: Not applicable for this field.
Mandatory: Marks the field as mandatory.
Hidden: Hides the field when the form is created. Used with Show/Hide Rules.
Prefill: Enabled by default - only disable this at the suggestion of Prestartr Support.
Form Statuses: Determines if the field will display based on the status of the form.
User Zones: Determines if the field will display based on selected User Zones.
