The Job Dashboard is where you can view all current Jobs in your Prestartr. From the dashboard you can import or export these Jobs, create new Jobs, as well as quickly edit or delete any Jobs as needed.

	All Jobs Displays all available Jobs within the system. Job Groups Organise your Jobs using the Groups settings. Job Options Additional settings and configurations for Job management.  This is covered in the section below - Job Options. Bulk Assignment Assign or remove multiple users at once from Jobs on the dashboard. Archive List Quick access to historical or archived Jobs.
Prestartr Support Tip:	If you have a lot of different types of Jobs, leverage Groups to get easy to navigate tabs at the top of the Job Dashboard.

 

 

Jobs List

Jobs List

The Jobs list will display all  Jobs that have been created both past and present that are not Archived.  The columns of the forms list is changeable - if your forms list doesn't look the same as the example, check the Column Selector. Sorting of the columns is done by clicking on the arrow next to the column name. This will alternate between sorting Ascending and Descending sorts.

 

 

Top Navigation Items

Import / Export Upload or download Jobs for external use or integration. You will have options including: Export as Report Export as Backup Export as Sample Import Contact Prestartr Support for assistance with importing Jobs. New Job Create a new form from scratch. Favorite Manager Switch between different views with different columns and ordering. Column Selector Sort and select which columns are visible. This is where you can save a view and then access it via the Manager.

 

 

Job Group

The Job Group area lets you setup categories or groups to bundle the Jobs in your Prestartr.
Click Create New Group and give it a name and save. That simple!
When creating a new Job, you can now select the Group and view it under the same tab on the dashboard.

Job Options

The Job Options area lets you tweak the statuses of a Job - adding, editing, and sorting them however you'd like.
The Custom Fields area is a legacy feature that is only available to specific clients and will be removed in future enhancements.

Bulk Assignment

The Bulk Assignment section is where you can assign or remove users in bulk to/from a Job in Prestartr.

Archive List

The Archived Jobs List is where any Job marked as Archived is stored. You can view the information and details as well as remove it from the Archived List.
