Export Odometer Values from the Service Tab

  1. Navigate to the Plant module.
  2. Select your plant.
  3. Click on the Service Tab.
  4. At the top right corner of the Odometer Readings section, click the Export button 📤 to download the data.

In the top right corner of the Odometer Readings section, click the Export button 📤 to download the data.

Import Update 

From the Plant module, click the Import/Export button and select the option for Import Plant Utilisation Sample. This will download the required template as a CSV file.

Update the template fields for the plant you wish to update the odometer readings for.

Below are the fields of the template:

  • Id (Leave this field blank)
  • Plant ID
  • Odometer Reading
  • Working Engine Hours
  • Idle Engine Hours
  • Odometer Reading
  • Daily Working Engine Hours
  • Daily Idle Engine Hours
  • Daily Efficiency
  • Engine Type
  • Date
  • Recorded By
  • Input Method (Leave this field blank)
