Create a Timesheet Form

Prestartr Timesheets

  1. Log in to the Prestartr app and tap the Complete Timesheet button.
  2. Fill out the required details of the Timesheet such as Job, Start/End Times, and Type of Shift.
  3. Tap Save and check your Timesheet draft is correct. You can Edit, Submit, or Delete the timesheet form.
  4. Once submitted, you can still Delete the form or go back home to the Dashboard.

Step 1: Start a New Timesheet

  • Log in to the Prestartr app and tap the Complete Timesheet button.
  • Select the correct User and Zone from the options provided.
  • Tap the button labeled Create new complete timesheet located at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Enter Shift Details

  • Once the form opens, fill in the required information:
  • Job Selection, Start and End times, Smoko, Lunch, and Shift Type

Step 3: Finalize and Save

  • Activity Notes: Enter a brief description of your activities in the notes section.
  • Sign: specific the signature box to draw your signature.
  • Save: Tap Save to finish.

Managing Draft Timesheets

Once your timesheet is saved as a draft, you can perform the following actions:

  • Edit: Make changes to the details or times.
  • Delete: Remove the timesheet if created in error.
  • Submit: Finalize the timesheet and send it for approval.
